Commemoratives: 1st Day Covers & 2006 Airmail Stamps
This collection of Yosemite postal commemoratives includes a 1990 commemorative
envelope cover for the 1990 centennial of Yosemite National Park, which was cancelled
at the Yosemite Post Office
on
October 1, 1990. Also included is a 2006 First Day of
Issue stamped envelope and airmail stamp block dedicated to Yosemite National Park.
The 1990 stamped envelope
measures 9x6 inches and
includes two stamps: 1934 USPS
1¢ Yosemite Stamp (Scott #740), and a
1988 USPS 25¢ Yosemite stamp (Scott #2280).
The cover is
in very good condition, though there is ink
residue on the back of the
envelope, probably
left when it was cancelled.
The 2006 1st day stamped
cover and block of four unused 84¢ airmail stamps (Scott #
C141) are in
very good, unused condition.

from a smoke-free
home, and the l
isting photos
show the exact
stamped covers and stamp block
that the
buyer will receive.
