Wise Deluxe Hi-Back seats are made with polyurethane foam padding, covered with rugged marine-grade vinyl upholstery which is mildew resistant and UV-treated to withstand fading. all vinyl covers are sewn with Dacron thread and upholstered with rust resistant staples. Matching tie-down straps have chrome snap closures. These wooden-frame seats are constructed of durable treated plywood with aluminum hinges, all seats have a 5 1/4" hole pattern, mounting screws included. 2-Year warranty on the frame and upholstery.
