    This is a Depression Glass Stippled Rose Band Pale Yellow creamer by MacBeth Evans.  It has a spout like a creamer, but is shaped like the cups.  It is 2 3/4 inches tall and about 3 1/2 inches diameter from the lip.  It is in great condition with no chips or cracks.  The rim around the bottom is a little rough which is normal for an item so old.
