    Description

    Set Is Sold As Is, For Parts Or Repair.
    I don't know a lot about the kit, I'm not sure if it is complete or missing pieces.  When I plugged the lamp in all it did was beep and the red light on top flashed.  Some of the tools have rust spots, the glass plate is cracked and the instructions have dirt & grime on them.
