Serious Steel Fitness Olympic 8" Adapter Sleeve
Turn your 1" standard barbell or weight post into a 2" Olympic bar or weight post. Great for older
style barbells, curl bars and plate loaded weight machines.
Includes 1 allen key to tighten and loosen the metal hex nut.
Made from heavy-duty nylon with a steel hex bolt.
End cap is REMOVABLE for use with longer 1" standard posts!
Tip:
Use Barbell Collars as weight stopper to keep your plates exactly where you want them and to ensure they do not slip off when you are training.
