This is an amazing piece of kit, I needed some support because the barbell kept biting my shoulders and this was amazing when using the barbell for squats and other exercises. I brought this in 2013 and in 2018 it is still in good condition and does the job well.

I bought this for myself when I started out squatting, it enabled me to build a tolerance to the weight on my traps and enjoy squatting. Although I no longer use the pad I'd recommend it to anyone starting out squatting to get a feel for the exercise without the pain of the barbell digging into your traps putting you off.
