Description

The NVIDIA Quadro M4000M is a high-end DirectX 12 (FL_12_1) and OpenGL 4.5-compatible graphics card for mobile workstations.
It is based on Maxwell's GPU, based on the GM204 chip, all 1,280 of the 1,536 stream processor cores are activated, and manufactured at 28nm in TSMC.
Therefore, the GPU is similar to the consumer version of the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970M.
Designed specifically for Intel's Skylake family, the Quadro M4000M is the successor to the Quadro K4100M (based on Kepler).
The M4000M is typically equipped with 4 GB GDDR5 VRAM at a main frequency of 1250 MHz.
The Quadro family offers certified drivers optimized for stability and performance in specialized applications such as CAD or DCC.
For example, OpenGL should perform significantly better than a GeForce graphics card of similar specifications.

The frequency speed of the Quadro M4000M is very similar to that of the GTX 970M based on the same chip.
The base frequency is slightly higher at 975 vs 924 MHz, but the Boost speed is lower -1013 vs 1038 MHz.
So, with good heat dissipation, the GTX 970M should be slightly faster.
Compared to the Quadro series, it is the second fastest Quadro graphics card of 2015, and therefore significantly faster than the old Quadro K4100M.
With CUDA (Compute Capability 5.2) or OpenCL 1.2, the Quadro M4000M kernel is available for general computing.
Power consumption
The Quadro M4000M has a power rating of 100 watts compared to the M5000M and the older K5100M/K4100M (including motherboard and memory components).
Therefore, the card is suitable for large laptops with displays 17 inches or larger.
With CUDA (Compute Capability 5.2) or OpenCL 1.2, the Quadro M4000M kernel is available for general computing.

How to use:
1).Place the desoldering wick over the solder to be removed,then puh the heated
soldering   iron tip onto the desoldering wick.The solder will be absorbed.
2).Remove the desoldering wick after the solder has been absorbed.
3).Cut off the used section of the wick using nippers.
4).Repeat steps 1,2 and 3 if the solder is not removed completely.Absorbability may differ depending on the type of solder.Sn63% and 60% (tin content) have good absortbability.

For small quantity of chips, they are exposed to the air after being taken out from package. So they probably will adhere to some humidity. Thus, in order to avoid quality problem, we suggest that you put them inside a baking chamber for at least 24 hours at 100℃-110℃。
When soldering, please control the temprature precisely.
Lead-Free/No Pb BGA chips is 245℃--260℃ (Maximum)
Leaded/Pb BGA chips 180℃--205℃ (Maximum).
The soldering process is complicated. Soldering/replacing chips must be operated by engineers who have proficient skills.
As BGA chips are fragile, complicatedly structured, with numerous balls, any slightly faulty positioning, careless temperature-control, or incomplete cleaning PCB boards will result in insufficient soldering or missing soldering. The chips will, as a result, die.
BGA chips are easily get broken by improper soldering. Before buying, you should consider 3 points:
1) Have you bought the right chips?
2) Do you have proper equipment?
3) Are you skillful enough to solder the chips?
If you are not confident to solder it, please don't buy.
