    Neck:
    Measure the circumference of pet’s neck for a snug fit. No need to add inches as you would with a collar.
    Chest:
    Wrap a tape measure around the body at the thickest part of the chest.

    We ask that you pay within 7 days of purchase.  If for some reason, you need longer, please contact us to make arrangements.
    Shipments go out Monday through Friday and your package will be sent out within one business day of payment.  With echeck payments, it will be sent out once the payment has cleared.
    We will give combined shipping rates when purchasing more than one item.  Please ask for a combined invoice so you receive the shipping discount.
    Missouri sales will be charged sales tax.
    Returns & Refunds
    Returns are accepted. You must return within 30 days and the product must be in new condition with original packaging still intact.  Buyer should email before returning any item and is responsible for shipping both ways.
