    Description

    Lot of various eagle and shield buttons. Various sizes with the largest being about 21 mm. Some are dug with quite a bit of ground action. Variety of backmarks including Waterbury, Steele and Johnson, with most just being concentric circles. Some could be 1870s to 1880s. There is one solid cast small button, however, I feel this is a later copy. The last pic shows the back of this button. Unfortunately, I have no record of where the dug buttons were found.
