MUST
have IDEXX Computer to use this machine. (IDEXX Computer is NOT INCLUDED.)
Contact IDEXX once purchased. Give them the serial number so they are able to put it on your account.
You are able then to sign up for IDEXX Care Plus Program since purchased through a third party.
IDEXX Care Plus Program will allow you to send this machine back to IDEXX and they will replace this machine with a NEWLY REFERBISHED MACHINE through IDEXX. The machine will then be under a service plan with IDEXX if there happens to be wrong with the replacement machine. IDEXX will have a technician come out to your office to set up the new machine as well.
