Red & white striped upper w/skull graphic
Black raw edge skirt - made to look like torn ruffle
Fastens around neck & belly with hook & loop
Mannequin displayed in photo has a body girth of approx 14" outfit still has room to expand where it connects
Approx 10" long (on top, neck seam to bottom of ruffle)
Mannequin in photos is NOT INCLUDED (sold separately in my store)
Condition:
VERY GOOD
- Used for display purposes only and never worn by dog.  Original packaging not included and it was made tagless.  Hook & loop sections are clean & sell attached.  No stains or holes.  Ruffle edging intended to look torn.  REVIEW PHOTOS & DESCRIPTION!
