The CAP Olympic Super Curl Bar is designed to reduce the pressure on your wrists and forearms when performing curls, triceps extensions, skull crushers, preacher curls and more. The super angled shaft on this Olympic Super Curl Bar will aid in developing upper arm mass, strength and definition while simultaneously reducing discomfort in your forearms. This bar is constructed from solid cold rolled 51,000 PSI tensile strength steel with a chromed finish and includes ring collars to secure weights when going heavy.
Smooth Rotating Sleeves
The Super Curl Bar's rotating sleeves with bushings spin when the bar is in use, which reduces pressure on the hands and wrists. Rotating sleeves also help prevent injury and the bar from warping.
Durable, Long-Lasting Performance
The CAP Super Curl Bar is designed to accommodate weight plates with a 2-inch center hole. The loadable sleeve length is 7.5-inches, giving you plenty of room to load your Olympic weights.
