    Up for sale today is a rare plastic advertising license plate for Bob Barrows Chevrolet in Winthrop, Maine. It is in good condition for what it is. It had been displayed for years in a garage. It has a few staple holes in it.  Bob Barrows Chevrolet is now defunct since 2012 and this is a hard to find plate.
