From Joseph Mann personal estate. He was enlisted in the Army of the United States in 1913 at Jeferson Barracks, Missouri (see discharge paper). All my First Day Covers on my listings came from his estate. Discharge paper not included.
Not a specialist on stamps or covers. To me looks good  to very good condition considering age.
