I do
NOT
sell cheap junk. These fasteners are straight from our vast aircraft hardware inventory which were used to support light corporate aircraft service and maintenance. If you know anything about aviation hardware you will know that these are
high quality
fasteners that cost good money. These are not worth much since I can't provide manufacturer's quality control certifications as required in some aviation applications. However, there are many uses for surplus hardware in aviation where certifications are not needed or required. Aircraft hardware is the perfect choice for the race car builder, experimental aircraft builder, or the discriminating hobbyist who demands a much higher level of quality in their fasteners. In most cases, we are offering aviation fasteners for
less
than the cost of cheap-grade commercial variety you will find in retail hardware stores. As an added bonus, you will not get gouged on shipping!

How to find what you need from our vast inventory:
You may shop our large aircraft hardware inventory using the category links on the nav bar to your left. If you are looking for a combination of specs, simply type the specifics in our store search box, for example: something like
"6-32 Screws" "4-40 Stainless nuts
", "
Brass washers
", or "
Aluminum Phillips Flat"
(without the quotes). Care has been taken to include the pertinent nomenclature in the titles of each fastener to make searching easy and accurate. For materials, use
"Aluminum", "Brass", "Stainless", "CRES", "Nylon"
. If the title of a screw item doesn't denote a material, it is alloy steel by default. There isn't enough room in the title to go into plating and coatings - although some titles do allow enough room and we use it to denote coatings such as
"zinc"
or
"chrome"
. For the thread size and pitch, you will find the consistent use of "diameter - Threads per inch" syntax.. For example
"2-56", "10-32", or "1/4-28", etc...
. For washer sizes, it is denoted in the title using
"#6"
or
"1/4"
for example. All screw titles have the term "screws", so if you are searching for all screws of size 8-32, you simply type in
"8-32 Screws"
in the search box (without quotes). For drive type, use
"Phillips", "Pan", "Flat", "Hex", "Round", "Truss", "Binding",
or
"Oval"
. There isn't enough room in the title to denote 82 degree vs. 100 degree countersink on flat head screws. Searching for "Drilled Screws" will return all Slotted Fillister Head screws since they are the only one's will holes drilled for safety wire.
