    This is a set of Vintage "FIREHOSE" style collars.  These have been cleaned with White Vinegar and painted.  Both hand screws move well.
    4" high  /  2 - 3/8" at base   /   1 - 5/8" at top  /  1 - 1/8 opening / 1 pound and 10 ounces for the weight of each one.
